Clock not right

I am new to forums so if i have this out of order i will learn as i go.i have only had my di for appx a month and have noticed the time being wrong a couple of times and had to power down and restart to correct.is this normal.

Your phone lost contact with the network. You can try airplane mode on/ off instead of reboot to make the network find you faster again.
Its a network issue more than likely, especially with LTE getting ready for launch in many areas
