clipboard: how to get to it?

Dumb question but how do I get to it. I got this cute Miku Widget that I wanna use.

What are you trying to paste off of or cut/copy onto the clipboard?

To access widgets 'long press' on the home screen and click on 'widgets' in the pop up.
