Charging problem i think

Ok i need help for some reason when i plug my phone into the wall the white light flashes on and off, but when i plug it itno my computer it stays solid, my phone is not turning on at all it did for about ten second and said i need to plug it into its charge and when i did it just turned off and the white light started blinking again.

Try pulling the battery out and booting it while just plugged in to the wall. Then replace the battery once its started up. I've had to do this when my battery was too drained to charge properly. If you pull the battery while its plugged in it will shut off, then reboot on only the wall power (or at least mine did).
