Changing the robotic voice on the Motorola Droid

Had anyone figured out a way, or is there an app that changes the robotic female voice on the Motorola Droid (text to speech or navigation) to something more human sounding?

AFAIK you can change it to a British sounding robot, but that is about it. It is a relatively new product, but I'm sure in a future version they will add this ability.
