Tried to text to speech on handscent sms app and i get a message thats says "Recognizer not present"

I know this is a little retro, but for those who come up with the same problem. This is what I did.

Goto "Market"
Search "speech synthesis"
Download "Speechsynthesis Data Installer"
Turn phone off and back on.

Worked for me.

make sure your google search app is not disabled.
