Can't send picture messages. Handcent or default

Ok so something is going on with my phone and i am unable to send picture messages. I can receive and send texts without any problems but for some reason when i try and send handcent gives me a force close and then has the loading wheel thign next to the picture forever never sending. I tried an old version of handcent and also uninstalled and installed it again and nothing. The default messaging app will not send them either. Any ideas?

when you find a fix, let me know. I can receive usually, though it sometimes takes a while, but sending is another story. I just get that circle thing.
using handcent, not rooted.

ok the force close is gone but i still only get the spinning circle

I am having same issue with spinning circle..picture text never sends! have downloaded Handcent app and still doesnt work...very frustrating..if anyone is having same issue and manages to find a resolve please post..thanks!
