cant send pics thru text and not receiving pics

I have the Eris, when I send a picture, it comes back invalid destination address. I am sending from my phone to another number, not through email. Also, when someone sends me a picture or vid, it doesn't show me the picture, it directs me to vzpix site, the verizon website asking me to log in to view the picture. Its really aggravating.

Don't know on first send issue, recheck number, your reception issue sounds to me that you don't have mms on your vz account, recheck that your account not only has it, but it is active. Getting a notice to log onto a site to view typically happens when you don't have it.

I had no problems receiving pics and vids on my old flip phone. I've made no changes in my plan except for having to add the data package. Guess I'll have to call Verizon.
