Can't install Google Maps update?

I have a Moto Droid with Chevy's Simply Stunning 4.1 (Froyo), and it says I have an update for Google Maps. It tells me I cant do an autoupdate, but I can do a manual. When I try though, it doesnt work, says install was unsucessful. Any ideas?
