Ok, so I tried rooting my phone and purchased setcpu, and i couldn't get it to work because i didn't have the kernal. so i refunded set cpu.
it STILL says purchased in my market and i cant download it because it says download unsuccessful.
i want to repurchase it and download it. how can i do this?
