Cant Download Video Attachments?

I cant for the life of me figure out how to download video attachments from emails that were forwarded to me....any insight would be appreciated. My cousin just sent me an email of their kid and the email shows a video attachment, but there is no option to download...help please...

Finally found a setting that controls the size of attachment download. My default was text only 5KB on mail size limit.

Mail>Menu>More>Settings>Send&Receive>Mail size limit> (set to your limits)

After changing this setting, the wmv files came down but all I could get was audio and the first frame of the video was frozen. Must be other settings that I still havent found yet.
