Cant download pics from computer to phone gallery...help please

i have the phone hooked up to usb and laptop, oh and how do i access the sd card, any help is appreciated

When you connect the USB cable.... hit the Menu Button then go to Notifications. Click on the SD card notification and then click "Mount" to access SD card via USB.
