have droid 1, with rooted FRG22D with 928 droid black glass theme, and C_01.43.01P and kernal 2.6.32.9-g103d848 android- build@apa #1
(baseband and kernel came with this ROM)
I CAN connect and hold my wifi fine at home. I can see lots of open wifi networks when I'm out, but I can't connect. Sometimes, it says it's getting the IP (but then never connects), but mostly, it just goes thru disconnecting/scanning.
these are public networks, so I can't change their settings-- I'm talking about places like McDonalds, Panera, Barnes Noble, etc.
Any ideas?
