Can't change lock screen wallpaper (HTC Eris Droid)

When I first got my Eris a few days ago I was able to switch the lock screen wallpaper to anything I want. Since earlier today, my wallaper disappeared and the music player with a song I deleted is showing as my wallpaper. I can hit play and that's it, but because the songs not there I guess it doesn't play? No matter how many times I try and change my wallpaper it won't let me. Please help!

Same thing happened to my Eris...I did a reboot (turn off/on phone) and now my previous lock screen is present...
