Can I use Quickstep Lancher to sync homescreen folders on an Android device with another android device?

All I want to do is sync my homescreen folders (and the Apps placed in them) from one android device home screen to another one I own instead of manually setting these up all over again on the other device. Even searching online for this yields very little by way of solutions. How does Google/Android and the Internet combined, get to 2024 with such an incredibly basic use case being so difficult to resolve? It beggers belief.

Can the default Quickstep be used to achieve the above?

Hello and welcome to the forum. I’m not familiar with the app, but I know plenty of the launchers that you can save your layouts from phone to phone one of which is Nova Launcher
