Can anyone explain installing Beeslys market fix?

Since installing 2.3.320 I am missing a few apps from market that I paid for. As I understand it Beeslys market fix cures this. I just need someone to explain installing it to me like I am a 2 yo.

Probably the easiest way would be to download ROM Manager from the Market. You can download the build.prop files from within the program and it will install them for you.

You might also need the Droid X bootstrapper program in order to boot into recovery with RM - I had to do this.
