Camera not saving pictures?

I'm on BB v0.4. It seems that sometimes after taking pictures it wont save them. It will either not even create a file or it will create a 0 byte file. Only way to fix seems to be to restart. Then it will work fine. Its random when it wont work.

I have had this issue on multiple ROMs for quite awhile. I think it is a common issue but I've never seen a fix.
