Camera flash...and weather?

I was using the camera when a message popped up saying the flash has been turned off because of a low battery, weather, or incoming phone call. Can anyone shed some light as to how the dinc can turn off the flash due to weather??

solar flares? lol... Probably sun light or too much white light? Should be able to turn it back on manually in the top right corner though, havent gotten that message yet.

Funny.... maybe they are afraid you will lose power and can't charge.

Oh it actually says in cold weather... think its the moisture?
