Caller ID + Ringtone when you get a call

In my original ROM I had the option under "call settings" to have the phone say the name of the caller when it rang.
Now I see that is gone in Fission. Is there a way to get that back?

Downloaded "Call Announcer" from market... It appears to work but it plays the announcement over selected ringtone.

Yeah, I installed the same thing, but I like how the built in one announces it before and then does a ringtone. I haven't had any luck combing through other forums, either.

I don't think its possible unless we go back to stock ROM

I am running Fission

This is definitely working natively on the GB builds. I'm using liberty 0.7 right now.
