Please...somebody ....anybody? I really need some help. This is driving me crazy. I reset the phone, but that didn't help. The caller id still shows unknown calls coming in.

(Edited) Ok, for anyone that also encounters this issue anytime, call Verizon Troubleshooting Support @ 866-406-5154. They will DEFINITELY be able to help you. The problem was that, for some odd reason, my Caller ID got turned off and they spotted it, so they turned it back on for me. The call took like less than 5 mins. Yay!

Seems that they did the same to me. Also found out that they had turned off call waiting and three way calling. All free but they just had to turn them back on. Fast and easy fix. Thanks Verizon.
