Calendar wont sync

I cannot get my calender to work. It says I need to sync but it doesn't give me the option to. Please help

Menu, settings, accounts and sync...

Click ur gmail account n make sure calender is checked

Also the top two boxes should be checked as well

There isn't an option for calender. Just contacts and gmail

Mine gives the option for the calendar as well

Go to settings/applications/manage applications/all/calendar then clear data. After ten fifteen minutes your google calender should automatically sync

After it syncs you should also see the calendar options under the accounts

after I do the data clear what do I need to do to access or sync up to my work calander ( outlook )
