Calendar question

I would like to change the color of my calendars. Meaning currently my gmail calendar is green and us holidays are blue. I would like to customize these. I have been able to do this in the past but can't seem to figure it out with this new phone. Thanks in advance for any help.

You'll likely have to get a 3rd party app for the. the default apps don'ttend to allow for a lot of customization.

I like Jorte, free from the market. Takes a bit setting it up and getting used to it, but it's quite good. Also has an option to mimic your Google calendar colors. Pro tip: touch the right edge of any Jorte widget that you create to edit the widget.

You can also go an a pc, login to gmail, then calenders and create a new calender. I think there (been a while since I've done it) you can choose the colors calenders. You may have to create a few different calenders to get different colors first...
