calendar error

HAI,
every few days i get a force close message saying the htc process calendar has a error or somehign i has to close. its been dooing itsince i got this phone. is there anyway to fix it or stop it from doing this

(Process com.htc.calendar and it asks for force close)

Mine started doing this after I got the latest update. I followed someone's advice and first went to Settings> Manages Apps and deleted the data cache. Then I powered off and took the battery out. When I put it back in and started back up, it worked with no problems.
