Buying apps With MC that are different Currency

Is there a way to buy apps that are not U.S. dollars? i can't buy anything unless its U.S. or well....free. yea thanks for any input.

Hmm, i use a MC debit card and am able to purchase anthing on the market without a problem. Might try contacting your place of banking and ask them to lift the restriction, or you'll lift your business elsewhere.

Yes. The prices are listed in their developers' local currencies but when you purchase them the current exchange rate (or thereabouts) is applied and you should see your local currency. Works for U.S. anyway.
