Buy Nav maps of anywhere in the world

Wow, apparently you can use your Droid to navigate anywhere in the world. Prices for the maps are not bad, compared to many other GPS maps. This will be great when I go to Italy. No data charges if you are using these maps.

Not mentioned in the OP but you do have to purchase the MotoNav app.

... apparently anywhere in the world EXCEPT for North America.... I'm still hoping TomTom will start supporting Android. There has been some talk and their iPhoney port works quite well.

I'm not going to pretend I understand this system yet. I registered and will d/l their free Moto Tool Kit tonight. I'll let you know where it goes from there. I was hoping that we could just d/l the map and be good to go with our Nav program that we already have. I may be too optimistic.
