Bugless Beast and Rom Manager

I've tried searching for my answer, and was surprised when I didn't find anything. IDK if I was searching the wrong items or what, so please forgive me if this has already been asked/answered.

My question is this:

I've been flashing roms since I rooted my phone when I first got it(6months). I recently "upgraded" and bought Rom Manager. I don't really know what it is fully capable of yet... I really like BB, as its the best ROM i've run. I really like the look of UD, but i'm ok without it. Anyways, What items, or extras can I download through rom manager that won't mess up the BB that I'm running?

P.S. I'm currently updating to BB .04 dancedroid

I hear ya on that one. I try not to download stuff like the way you mean cuz I don't wanna mess anything up. afaik smoked glass looks just like the UD??
