Bubbles?

Hello, thought I'd drop in and see if anyone has ever had bubbles or blisters to pop up on back of your maxx. It's really strange so Verizon's sending out another phone. Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this.

That's what I was thinking but it's not got that hot to cause this. It looks like it's got the mumps. LOL Should I get it replaced, I hate getting another one.

No matter what is causing it, it's not right and you don't know what kind of damage has been done. Get a new one.

I know this sounds silly, but did you remove the plastic shrink wrap from the back of the phone ?
My bother-in-law had his Maxx for several weeks and was complaining about how crappy the finish looked on the back of the phone. I peeled off the shrink wrap and handed it back to him and all he said was, Duh!

If I remember correctly I think some of the earlier produced RAZRs occasionally had what you described. You did good to get another.

Jan...grevious is right. The shrink wrap should have the esn phone sticker on it. Try peeling off starting at a corner. All this is is packing and shipping protectant cover for the Kevlar back. I saves in the original box because the esn sticker was on it.

No plastic and this just started. It got a little warm a few days ago but nothing to get concerned about, but now I don't feel comfortable, I'm afraid it's the battery. One other thing too... my battery is draining faster as well.

Ok, if the Kevlar is what's bubbling up, and you notice a difference in battery life then it's definitely time to get another one.
