Browser problems anyone else?

Well since the 2.1 update I have been experiencing scrolling problems. Not sure if its some type of data loss or something. Even now on 2.2ota. I also have used various browsers to no aviel.

Any know if there's a screen testing ap or a way to figure out what's up? It happeneds randomly, so I can not just run into the store and demonstrate what's going on.
