Are there any bootanimations that are flashable through clockwork recovery? I'm running ud1 on the d1 also if that matters...

Most any boot animation can be used. They aren't really flashble like an update.zip. you have to push it from the root of your sd card using terminal emu

Or you can copy any bootanimation.zip into data/local on your SD card.
