not sure if this helps, but I can hear all ringtones thru my car stereo on bluetooth

It has to be a certain type of bluetooth and the simple one ear designed ones do not. I got a bluetooth stereo headset from bestbuy that work great for both calling/talking and listening to music. Its a two ear design. Google search for it. I can't remeber the model i have, but mine is a motorolla. I use the deal out of mine and forget they are on a lot of times.
