bluetooth file transfer droid to pc

has anyone been able to get this working? I want to be able to send pictures from my droid to my xp pc via bluetooth. I always get an error on the phone saying unable to handle request.

I may be off base here, but wouldn't that have to go through the phone as normally you would in other circumstances? I'm just assuming the bluetooth is just in/out voice?

I guess I don't really know but when I am looking at a picture in my phones gallery and I click the share button bluetooth is one of the options. I just can't get it to work.
