Bluetooth dialing last # called

Everytime I hook up my blue tooth headphones after 2 hrs my phone randomly dials the last number called and hangs up multiple times. Anyone know why and how to fix it? Oh and I have a note 20s and my headphones are p26 I believe

Welcome to the Forum. Have you tried unpairing the headphones from your phone, factory reset the headphones if they offer that option, restarting your phone , and re-pairing the headphones again? That's normally the first step and easiest to resolve Bluetooth issues. After that the fixes typically become more invasive.
