bloat

If you root you can remove anything. Otherwise I just go thru all of them and see what comes up for options. The ones that can't be removed I put on DISABLE. There's not that many bloat apps that you can't check them yourself. If you do remove them, you will have to put them back on the phone in order to get updates.

So all of this should be okay to ditch?

I don't think I'd remove debugging nor backup assistant and maybe not google talk, nor set up wizard. Maybe some others that effect the base usage of the phone. The other stuff....gone :)

By "bloat" most people consider apps like Zappos, Amazon, NFL xxxx, and that kind of stuff to be bloat. But some of the other stuff you listed can be also. I'd be careful taking out some of that stuff for sure.
