Best notification app?

Hey im looking for a notification app that can put like a number over the app like the iphone or blackberry and i dont have a notification light btw

Tasker is complicated at first, but after you understand how it works, you can create some good stuff. Right now, I have a pop up "balloon" that notifies me of new moves on words with friends with a pop up, sound, led, and vibrate. I did this because notification is still new and basic and doesn't even work well.
