Best Buy Connect mobile broadband website launches
Newsbrief by Todd Haselton on Wednesday July 07, 2010.
Best Buy has launched a part of its Best Buy Connect website, which will soon offer Best Buy branded mobile broadband plans. According to the site's FAQ page, there are 24 month, 12 month, and no-contract options for 5GB or 500MB, and the no-contract option also offers a 250MB option. Pricing ranges from $29.99 to $59.99 depending on the option you choose, and the early termination fees
for the 2-year and 1-year plans are $175 and $125, respectively. Despite early rumors of a 4G WiMAX option, it doesn't appear that those plans will be available at launch.
