Battery life is awesome

33 hours on a charge. Lots of texts and probably 4 hours of Web surfing. 1 hour of Morning Joe . This phone is incredible. I love the text with. S pen. Thanks to the forums for that info. Probably about 500 other things I do not know about this phone. But this phone is simply awesome.

the battery life is the reason i got this phone.. kinda overwhelmed with what it can do to be honest.. its unstoppable. they def took smartphones to the next level

Thanks user jseah. To text with S pen, go into settings and in input area. Go to Samsung keyboard and make sure S pen is checked. When you are ready to text, pull out the s pen and then open your text. Must be Samsung keyboard. A screen will display on the bottom. Just write or print and the text displays. It is neat. The pen had to be out before you open the text. If you don't do it just close text and poem it back up

battery life is indeed awesome!
I bought an extra battery, and yesterday did it's first full charge/ discharge.

Only a little over 13 hours, but that was with an amazing almost 7.5 hours screen on time!

The best I had ever had before was around 4 hours with my S3 - which I thought had good battery life. But to get almost TWICE that on it's first charge? It's truly incredible when you think of the power hungry quad core processor and the huge screen it has to power.

Yes indeed.. I was just saying last night how nice and cool the phone stays during usage... I did 6.5 hrs screen time yesterday with 16+ overall.. It can do more as I don't try to conserve..

I've never thought to check to see how much screen time I use on a charge. That said, yesterday was the one week anniversary of me picking up the Note 2. I have been plugging it into the charger each night as I go to bed to recharge it. Yesterday morning, I unplugged it from the charger at 6:30 am, and last night the battery meter went into the yellow zone and was at around 20% remaining when I went to bed at 3 am.
