Battery Icon Change Question?

Hi Guys!

I wonder if someone can walk me through the process of changing the battery icon. I have the 928D theme that I really like but I don't like the Battery Icon at all.

I have MM and Root Explorer to navigate through the Rom files but I don't exactly witch is the PNG Icon for the Battery.

Any help will be highly appreciated!!!
