I had to return my first droid. the thumb pad on the keyboard was bad. when i would slide open the case and start to type. the cursor would just go crazy and start moving to the right all by itself. i thought it was the space bar but then i figured out that the thumb pad was stuck.
The new droid works much better and the buttons feel firmer now. they click where as the defective unit the buttons didn't feel as tight or click. other wise phone works great.
