how can i backup beautiful widgets app so i dont loose it forever?

Download Astro File Manager. It has file management, process management, and backup in a single well done app. It is currently free, but the beta expires 1/31/10, so I don't know what the intentions or possible cost may be after that. But right now, Astro is the best on the market, and at least for now is free.

How do i back things up usin tht app?

Launch the App

Go to Menu> Tools

Choose Application Manager/Backup

Select what you wish to back up.
