Backup of Moto DX

I recently came from an original Droid. I was able to make a nandroid system backup, is there anything out that I can make a backup to my SD card for the DX?

To create a backup you need root, which hasn't been obtained yet.

I use MyBackup Pro which allows you to save to your SD card.
