Hey guys I'm trying to get an virtual droid 2.1 to download apps from the Android Market.
This is a standard AVD that comes with the Eclipse development environment.
I have found: strazzere.com vending.apk which is a replacement for vending.apk it seems that vending.apk is actually floating around on the interwebs, but I can't find it, does anyone know where it is?
Much more importantly though, is it possible to put linux on a AVD and get root on it?
