This was after the first of a 2 part Download (NK4 Update):

The second part loaded the Lollipop OS:

Only had 1 hiccup after the update that resolved itself after a few minutes with the play services and store. (It had to reset the account connection and update the device):

On another forum some people are not very happy with the changes in the calendar and the color scheme. I'm not thrilled with it either.
