Auto start app

Is there a app that allows one to choose app that they want to have started up when the Droid is powering on?

I would like to activate a app called DriveSafe.ly and in order to have it up and active I have to choose it from the app list every time I power down and on again.

Sometimes I forget, and a app to automatically start it would be great...

Usually the setting for that is in the app itself, i.e. Screebl has a setting for it to start at start up. If not you're probably out of luck.

I think most of that happens with apps that work in the background.
