Apps2sd 2.1 method (partitioning)

I asked this question in another thread but didn't get a response. Before upgrading to Froyo, I'd partitioned my hard drive for apps2sd. Now that Froyo is out and it uses a completely different app2sd method (I think), my question is where are all of the apps that I had in that partition?
