apps running when I don't turn them on...

Hi, ever since I did the system update, apps that are preloaded run when I haven't turned them on. I constantly have to check my apps killer to shut them down. Most of the time there are anywhere from 5 to 10 apps running and I didn't start them. I have to check the apps killer every 5 minutes or so to shut them down. Some of them are the MP3 store, Voice VM, and Voice dialer. It's gotten very frustrating and I can't remove them since they are the preloaded apps. Any suggestions?

Ignore them, they are fine.

You kill more battery life ending the programs then you would by letting them run.
