Apps on sd do not show up after reboot

So like title says if I reboot my phone any apps that are on the sd do not show up as even on the phone and I have to move them to the phone then reboot to even see them.

How long do you wait before you move them back to your phone and then reboot?

download a launcher like launcher pro. go in setting and then enable disable scrollable widgets to make the launcher restart. when you do that it'll refresh the launcher and read everything from the SD card. it's a PITA but it's the only way to get around it now...
