Application to connect ipod touch to phone

At the moment, no, you cant do this.
Once the phone is rooted and we have access to wifi tethering, you could actually do this easily, but for now I fear that the process to get this working would probably take too long to be useful. Essentially you could try and get the OSX version of the adb driver on a jailbroken iphone and try it that way with proxoid, but that's a huge longshot that may or may not be worth the hours of time to get it working.
