App to set what kind of data signal based upon time

I want to have my phone use 3G while I'm at school and 4G when at home, are there any apps that will let me automatically switch based on time or location?

Don't know if there is an auto app but I use LTE onoff for the thunderbolt to change it manually. When you open the app there is a message that guides you through it. Hope that helps.
