App to monitor RAM usage?

I've seen lots of apps that monitor which apps are using your CPU over time, but what about the RAM?

Is there an app that will gather information about which other apps are using my memory over time?

I would try System Panel. It reports something as seconds. Not sure if it's ram or cpu.
