I know this has been ask many times before, but I couldnt find anything recent.
It doesnt necessarily need to be an app, but is there any way at all to tell if someone has read a regular SMS text. I dont just want to be notified that the text was sent. I have handcent but unfortunately it will only do so with MMS texts, and I'm not entirely sure it is even working right. Every thing I have found regarding the subject is from early last year or later. I was just wondering if there has been anything recently that allows this with android.
Also I need it for actual text messages so it can not be a messenger of sorts where the receiving party needs to have the same thing installed.
