App that makes your phone go off silent if you get a txt/ call from a certain #

Is there an app out there that if your phone is on silent and you get a txt or phone call from your girl friend or family it will go off ? These two are very important to me and would love to have my phone on silent when I sleep and have it wake me only for those people.
Do you know of anything or any ideas?

Don't know of an app that does it easily. but with a little knowledge of programing and use of Tasker (Tasker for Android) can make that happen for you. I had the same problem for a while when on of my parents was sick I needed to hear from family at anytime of day and did not want to hear from anyone else over night.
